Enganging youth? Find your focus!
"Focus" is the most important message for anyone who wants to reach and involve young people. “Youth” doesn’t exist as a target group. Think about which age group specifically you want to reach and why your product or service is of interest to them. You need to know who your trying to engage, which gender, sexuality, class, hobbies,... they have. Only when you dare to make your target group very concrete, you’ll be able to know through which online or offline channels you could convince them. In this talk I’ll be inspiring you to find solutions in your organisations through examples of TV series & films who managed to find their audience through social media.
